Thank you for your interest in Marriner Technology Solutions! Unfortunately I have decided to stop offering my services to home users. I STILL OFFER CUSTOM HOSTING & EMAIL SOLUTIONS. If you are interested please contact me at richard@marrinertech.net . I appreciate all my clients that I have dealth with in the past and would like to simply say "Thank you". My time with Marriner Technology Solutions has been both enjoyable and frustrating at times, as I had big plans for this thing. I will still be maintaining the web and email servers, but only for existing clients, friends and family. If you need support with your computer, business network or other I.T. related issue, please contact my friend Chuck Ferguson, he does computer consulting for home or business, you can contact him by clicking his name above, or by giving him a call at 530-680-5707. While I work full-time in the IT industry, I also pursued IT as my only real hobby. I have lost much of my interest in IT and found I would rather play on computers than work on them. I have thus decided to "close" my side-business, which was not bringing in enough cash flow to even call it a business. I simply do not and did not have the time that a business required. I have also somewhat based my decision on a growing interest in other hobbies. I have found (re-found actually) a new hobby that I enjoy very much. My new hobby, Model Railroading offers me a wide range of experience, from history and research to modeling tiny scenes and even learning about real modern day railroad operations. I am trying to start a model railroad club in the Yuba/Sutter area. If you are interested please visit my other site, the Sutter Buttes Model Railroad Club or you can checkout my layout that I currently have planned, the Sequoia Western Railroad. I would also like to get into fishing again and with a 7 year old son, it would be the perfect something to do with him that doesn't keep us locked up in the house all day. I have even been trying to figure out a way to purchase a relatively nice fishing boat. Yes, Yes, I know if I did computer work on the side then I could help pay for a boat, but the truth is the computer work isn't steady enough to rely on when it comes to making payments on a purchase. Not to mention, that lately I've really HATED working, even playing on computers. |
